Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a highly strategic Federal Alternative Delivery Market Lead to shape partnerships with national and regional General Contractors pursuing PDB, DB2B, and large‑scale DB for U.S. Government programs.

You will collaborate with CSLs and cross‑functional teams to develop teaming strategies, manage the GC relationship pipeline, and drive early commitments, including exclusivity and scopes of work, across federal opportunities with a strong emphasis on risk management and value

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 15 years of related experience.
Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy and partnerships with General Contractors for federal alternate delivery contracts.
Identify priority pursuits and build executive relationships for teaming commitments.
Develop teaming strategies with CSLs and pursuit teams to improve probability of award.
Manage GC relationship pipeline from target identification through teaming agreements and scopes of work.
Serve as senior relationship and capture lead through teaming agreement execution.
