Job summary

CDM Smith seeks a senior Federal Alternative Delivery Market Lead to drive strategy and partnerships with national and regional General Contractors for alternative delivery projects in the U.S. Government sector.

You will identify priority pursuits, assess contractor capabilities, and build executive-level relationships that lead to teaming commitments, working with CSLs and cross-functional teams to optimize awards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required; frequency depends on duties.
• Equivalent related experience considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead CDM Smith’s federal strategy and partnerships with General Contractors.
• Develop and execute teaming strategies to improve probability of award.
• Maintain GC relationships pipeline and coordinate with CSLs and pursuit teams.
• Translate procurement criteria into competitive designer-led subcontracting.
• Support transition to pursuit and delivery teams after teaming agreements.
