Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and partnerships with national and regional General Contractors for federal alternative delivery.
• Identify priority pursuits and assess contractor capabilities and qualifications.
• Build executive-level relationships to enable early teaming commitments.
• Collaborate with CSLs, preconstruction, legal, and sales teams to develop teaming strategies.
• Manage the General Contractor relationship pipeline from target identification to teaming agreements and scopes of work.
• Drive pursuit strategies and contribute to winning proposals and awards.
