Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a senior Solution Engineer for its Federal Public Sector team. You will lead technical discovery, shape POCs, and demonstrate how the Agentforce platform enables mission-focused outcomes for federal agencies.

You will translate complex architecture into ROI, guide activation, and work with enterprise architects to drive production readiness while maintaining security and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science required.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Core (Public Sector Solutions, Sales, Service, Experience Cloud).
• Agentic AI fluency: knowledge of LLMs, RAG/grounding, evaluation concepts.
• Experience with agentic engineering tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Agentforce Vibes).
• Ability to define agentic solution use cases and success metrics.
• Executive + technical communication to both developers and C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with federal stakeholders to uncover mission gaps and translate outcomes into an executable architecture.
• Build demonstrations and POCs showing autonomous AI agents in federal workflows.
• Present technical solutions to GS/Executive-level leadership and ensure security compliance.
• Create end-to-end architectures integrating Salesforce Agentic Enterprise Platform with security requirements.
