You will collaborate with executives and delivery teams to shape, scope, and execute scalable, mission-aligned Salesforce solutions. The role drives architectural strategy from solutioning through execution, ensuring program success and measurable outcomes while fostering a high-performance delivery culture.

Qualifications

• Eight plus years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience on the Salesforce Platform.
• Expert in Salesforce configuration and architectural strategy with target-state designs.
• Experience leading discovery sessions, writing user stories, and detailing system designs.
• Experience documenting business processes and using UML/diagrams; recommend future improvements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the client and lead strategic initiatives.
• Identify and grow the consulting practice and share knowledge across the team.
• Guide customers in deploying emerging technologies that drive value.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels and teach complex concepts.
• Identify and manage risk areas and drive issue resolution.
• Negotiate solutions with customers and partners to keep programs on track.
• Review project directions and ensure solutions are scalable and maintainable.
• Drive program vision and align with Salesforce platform capabilities.
