Qualifications

• 7+ years customer-facing solution/technical architecture experience.
• Degree in Computer Science (B.S., M.S., or Ph.D.).
• Proficiency with Salesforce Core (Public Sector Solutions, Sales, Service, Experience Cloud).
• Agentic + AI fluency: LLMs, RAG, grounding, production behavior.
• Experience with agentic engineering tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Agentforce Vibes).
• Ability to lead technical and business discovery to define use cases and metrics.
• Executive + technical communication to developers and C-suite.
• Deep command of multi-tier architectures; SQL/SOQL, HTML5, CSS3, JS.
• Growth mindset; willingness to enable, learn, and certify.
• US Citizenship Required

Responsibilities

• Lead deep technical and business discovery sessions with federal stakeholders to scope agentic use cases and ROI.
• Build demonstrations and POCs to show autonomous AI agents in federal workflows.
• Deliver product demonstrations that tie Salesforce capabilities to agency missions.
• Create end-to-end architectures integrating Agentic Enterprise Platform with security needs.
• Design hands-on workshops and deep dives for agency IT and Enterprise Architects.
• Present complex solutions to GS/Executive leadership and appointees.
• Lead RFI/RFP responses ensuring technical accuracy and security compliance.
• Drive activation with customers on deployment strategy and adoption.
• Identify automation opportunities by translating process and tech requirements.
• Develop reusable accelerators and playbooks for scale.
