Qualifications

• 7+ years of customer-facing solution/technical architecture experience.
• Degree in Computer Science is required.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Core and Data 360/Agentforce stack.
• Agentic + AI fluency with understanding of LLMs, RAG, grounding, and safety.
• Experience with agentic engineering tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Agentforce Vibes).
• Ability to run technical & business discovery to define agentic solution use cases and metrics.
• Executive + technical communication with both developers and C-suite.
• Deep knowledge of multi-tier architectures, SQL/SOQL, and web tech (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/LWC).
• Growth mindset with enablement, labs, courses, and certifications.
• US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead deep technical and business discovery sessions with federal stakeholders to scope agentic solution use cases and ROI.
• Build high-impact demos and POCs to show autonomous AI agents for federal workflows.
• Deliver world-class demonstrations aligned to agency missions and requirements.
• Design architectures that integrate Agentic Enterprise Platform with security needs.
• Lead hands-on technical workshops and Deep Dives for IT leads and Enterprise Architects.
• Present technical solutions to GS/Executive leadership with clear outcomes.
• Serve as technical lead for RFI/RFP responses with accuracy and security compliance.
• Drive activation by partnering with customers on configuration and deployment strategies.
• Identify automation opportunities and accelerate activation.
• Create reusable accelerators and playbooks for scale.
• Incorporate Voice of the Customer into Product messaging and strategy.
• Leverage AI-assisted coding tools for rapid platform configurations.
