Job summary

Factory is seeking a Federal Account Executive to drive adoption of its agentic engineering platform within the National Security space, focusing on the Department of War and the Intelligence Community. You will own a named set of accounts, manage multi-stakeholder deals, and shape Factory's national security practice.

You will engage CIOs, CTOs, and contracting officers, lead strategic selling motions across cloud, on‑prem, and air‑gapped enclaves, and work with partners to extend Factory's

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales experience, including defense/IC sector exposure.
• Experience selling to DoW/Intelligence Community and navigating complex procurements.
• Proven ability to build multi-year account plans and forecasts.
• Strong technical acumen across IT infrastructure, CI/CD, and secure environments.

Responsibilities

• Own named Intelligence Community accounts and lead end-to-end federal sales cycles.
• Communicate with CIOs/CTOs and contracting officers, articulating platform value.
• Drive multi-stakeholder deals through OTAs, IDIQs, and SI programs.
• Translate mission priorities into strategic account plans and long-term roadmaps.
• Guide engineering teams on integrating Factory's tools into secure, cloud/on-prem deployments.
