Job summary

Factory is seeking a Federal Account Executive with deep knowledge of developer tools, AI, and the national security market to drive adoption of Factory's platform across the Department of War and the Intelligence Community. You will own a named set of accounts and guide multi‑stakeholder deals from initial outreach through close.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales experience in federal/defense markets.
• Experience selling to the Department of War or Intelligence Community.
• Proven ability to close multi-stakeholder, long-cycle deals.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevSecOps, cloud and on-prem deployments.

Responsibilities

• Own named national security accounts and lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles.
• Navigate defense procurement channels (GWACs, OTAs, IDIQs) and partner ecosystems.
• Engage CIOs, CTOs, AI leaders and contracting officers to articulate value.
• Develop multi-year account plans aligned to federal buying cycles.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and security teams to tailor solutions.
• Expand national security practice and channel relationships.
