Job summary

Factory is seeking a Federal Account Executive to drive adoption of its agentic engineering platform across U.S. Federal Civilian agencies, owning a named set of agencies and leading multi-stakeholder deals through federal procurement.

You will work with the CEO, VP of Sales, product, and engineering to build Factory's federal civilian practice, navigating GSA Schedule, BPAs/IDIQs, and reseller partnerships to deliver measurable ROI while addressing security and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales experience including 4+ years selling technology to U.S. Federal Civilian agencies (e.g., VA, USDA, DOE, Treasury, Commerce, DHS).
• Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets and navigating federal procurement.
• Strategic selling with multi-year account plans and executive relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Own a named set of Federal Civilian agency accounts and lead end-to-end sales cycles, including pipeline, evaluations, pilots, procurement, and multi-stakeholder closes.
• Engage CIOs, CTOs, chief AI officers, engineering leaders, program offices, and contracting officers to articulate Factory's value.
• Map agency missions to modernization priorities and maintain accurate forecasts and sales plans.
• Lead credible discussions on infrastructure, SDLC, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and integration of Factory's Droids in diverse IT environments.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership, product, engineering, and security to tailor solutions and navigate FedRAMP, ATO, and data governance.
• Develop the federal channel with systems integrators and delivery partners to embed Factory in contracts and solutions.
• Educate agencies on AI-driven development tools, addressing risk, security, and ROI.
