Job summary

Scale AI is seeking a Deployment Strategist with a federal focus to bridge AI research and mission‑critical production. You will own a multi‑million revenue portfolio, lead complex proposals, and drive adoption of Agentic AI within DHS/DOJ programs.

You will partner with partners and internal teams to scale deployments while maintaining executive sponsorship. You will navigate OTAs, GSA schedules and IDIQ vehicles, manage renewals, and create lasting, funded capabilities inside government

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in complex enterprise IT sales or business development in federal market.
Closed multi-year deals exceeding $25M and secured funding.
Deep understanding of DHS/DOJ modernization priorities in AI/ML and analytics.
Strong executive stakeholder management across DHS/DOJ components.

Responsibilities

Own multi‑million revenue quota and full lifecycle from opportunity to contract.
Draft proposals, lead deal structures, navigate federal contracting.
Ensure delivery and scale after contract award with the team.
Drive renewal, expansion, and 10x growth across components.
Co-design Agentic AI workflows with technical teams and end-users.
Negotiate with systems integrators and federal primes.
