Job summary

Scale AI, Inc. is seeking a Deployment Strategist to lead enterprise-wide, multi-year federal deployments with DHS/DOJ.

You will own the sales lifecycle from opportunity identification to contract award and revenue recognition, working with Engagement Managers, Technical PMs, and engineers to ensure pilots scale into department-wide capabilities. You will navigate federal procurement, draft white papers, and architect deal structures, while building executive sponsorship and funding to sustain

Qualifications

Experience: 10+ years in complex enterprise IT sales within DHS/DOJ or federal market.
Proven track record: closed multi-year deals exceeding $25M and secured budget lines.
Domain expertise: knowledge of DHS/DOJ modernization priorities (AI/ML, biometrics, screening).
Travel: 20–30% of the time.

Responsibilities

Full-Spectrum Capture & Quota Ownership across multi-year opportunities.
Draft high-impact white papers and leading complex proposals.
Architect deal structures and navigate federal civilian contracting (OTAs, GSA, IDIQ).
Lead post-sale delivery and scale pilots into enterprise deployment.
Identify next use cases and drive renewal, expansion & growth.
Coordinate with partners and federal primes to win engagements.
