Scale AI, Inc. is seeking an experienced Deployment Strategist for DHS/DOJ to bridge cutting-edge AI research with mission-critical production.

You will lead executive-level engagement, own multi-year deals, and coordinate with Scale's partners to deploy Agentic AI across federal programs, ensuring scalable, funded capabilities. The role demands 10+ years in complex enterprise IT sales or BD within DHS/DOJ, proven success closing $25M+ deals, and deep domain knowledge of modernization

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in complex enterprise IT sales or business development, specifically within DHS, DOJ, or the broader federal law enforcement and homeland security market.
• Proven track record closing and implementing multi-year deals exceeding $25M.
• Deep understanding of DHS and DOJ modernization priorities, specifically in AI/ML, computer vision, biometrics, screening and vetting, investigative analytics, or case management.

Responsabilidades

• This is an individual contributor role with heavy leadership expectations. You are the 'CEO of the Account,' responsible for the following: full lifecycle from opportunity identification to contract award and revenue recognition.
• Draft high-impact white papers, lead complex proposals, architect deal structures, and navigate federal contracting (OTAs, GSA schedules, IDIQ vehicles).
• Lead the delivery team post-signature to ensure pilot success and scalable deployment.
• Own the long-term account strategy, identify next use cases, secure follow-on funding, and drive growth across the component program.
