Job summary

Scale is seeking a Deployment Strategist to bridge cutting-edge AI research with DHS/DOJ missions. You will own high-stakes proposals, secure executive sponsorship, and transform prototypes into enterprise-scale deployments across federal programs in the National Capital Region.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage multi-million revenue cycles, and shape long-term strategy for sustained.gov-scale adoption of Agentic AI. This is a hybrid role based in DC with travel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in complex enterprise IT sales in DHS/DOJ federal market.
• Proven multi-year deals > $25M closed and funded budgets.
• Deep understanding of DHS/DOJ modernization priorities (AI/ML, biometrics, screening).
• Ability to transition technology from prototype to deployed capability.
• Strong national network across DHS/DOJ components and primes.
• Active Secret clearance preferred; TS/SCI a plus; BS/BA required; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Full-Spectrum Capture & Quota Ownership: Carry and exceed a multi-million dollar annual revenue quota.
• Tactical Execution: Draft high-impact white papers, lead complex proposals, architect deal structures.
• Operational Transition: Lead the account post-signature with delivery teams to enable scale.
• Renewal, Expansion, & Growth: Own long-term account strategy and drive 10x growth.
• Direct Agentic Solutioning: Co-design Agentic AI workflows with technical teams and end-users.
• SI & Prime Orchestration: Manage and negotiate with Tier 1 Systems Integrators and primes.
