Job summary

Aikido Security is seeking an Account Executive to build and scale our federal go-to-market motion. You will shape strategies, manage complex opportunities, and influence how we win in a highly specialized public sector and defense market.

You will own relationships with government buyers and stakeholders, navigate budgeting and procurement, and help drive growth while shipping value to customers and the company.

Qualifications

• Mid to senior level AE with federal government sales experience.
• Experience with complex strategic sales cycles and executive engagement.
• Ability to speak acronyms and navigate government budgeting and procurement.
• Security industry knowledge preferred.
• Hungry, proactive, and able to work independently in a startup within a startup.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex federal sales opportunities
• Own relationships across government buyers, influencers, and stakeholders
• Prospect and build pipeline within federal accounts
• Navigate budgeting cycles, procurement processes, and regulatory constraints
