This hunter role builds revenue with primes, integrators, and defense tech companies, advancing mission solutions in support of U.S.

and allied customers. You will lead five growth motions—Sell-To, Sell-Through, Sell-With, Embed/OEM, and FMS—while traveling 40–50% and collaborating across capture,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quota-carrying Federal sales experience.
• Experience selling enterprise software, AI/ML, or data analytics.
• Proven hunter with executive access and deal closure.
• Understanding of U.S. federal acquisition and related processes.
• Willingness to travel 40–50% and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Own the Manufacturing & Munitions ecosystem through strategic accounts.
• Build and maintain qualified pipeline with primes and integrators.
• Position Virtualitics within internal workflows across departments.
• Join federal pursuits early with capture and program teams.
• Co-develop repeatable mission offerings with partners.
