Airbus Americas, Inc. is seeking a Fatigue & Damage Tolerance Analysis Engineer to join our Engineering team in Wichita, KS or Mobile, AL.

You will perform routine to moderate FDT analyses on metallic airframe components, collaborating with design and static stress teams to ensure structural integrity and weight efficiency. The ideal candidate has at least six years of Static Stress and/or FDT experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work onsite in the US with the option

Formación

• BS degree in Engineering (Aero, Civil or Mechanical).
• Minimum six years of Static Stress and/or FDT analysis with airframe structures.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written).
• Authorized to Work in the US.

Responsabilidades

• Autonomously perform routine to moderate levels of durability and damage tolerance analyses.
• Collaborate with Static Stress, Design and other Airbus departments.
• Document analyses for trade studies and sign-outs.
• Communicate issues, solutions and status clearly to internal/external stakeholders.
