Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group's Taco Bell unit is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, uphold high standards of hospitality, and drive profitable performance through strong cost control, staffing, and training.

You will supervise crew and shift leaders, conduct performance appraisals, hire and onboard staff, and ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, and company policies while maintaining a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Ability to work flexible hours and all shifts.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Strong hygiene and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost categories: food, labor, cash, and expenses.
• Drive sales growth by improving service speed and food quality.
• Maintain staffing levels across all days and shifts.
• Conduct performance appraisals for crew, shift managers, and asst GM.
• Hire and onboard new crew and shift leaders.
• Coach staff and ensure training to certification levels.
• Ensure sanitation and compliance with local/state/federal laws.
• Maintain safe environment for guests and employees.
• Oversee equipment maintenance with maintenance dept.
