Job summary

Taco Bell Corp. franchise is seeking a Dynamic, high-caliber Restaurant General Manager with proven leadership in fast food or full-service settings. You will lead a fast-paced team, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive strong store performance with a focus on hospitality and operational excellence.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, manage P&L, and uphold brand standards while delivering outstanding results in a community-focused dining environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Leadership Experience in a high-volume fast food, QSR, or restaurant setting.
• Passion for developing People and building strong, engaged Teams.
• Experience of Profit & Loss Accountability.
• Effective Communication, Coaching, and Decision-Making Skills.
• Commitment to Hospitality, Quality, and Operational Excellence.
• Must be at least 21 years old with dependable transportation.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.
