Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Open availability and ability to work flexible hours and all shifts.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude.
• Good hygiene, reliable transportation, and punctuality.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach/train employees.

Responsibilities

• Control food, labor, cash, and other expenses within guidelines and budget.
• Drive sales growth by improving 5 Bells, CORE, speed of service and food quality.
• Maintain adequate staffing levels for all days and shifts.
• Prepare and conduct performance appraisals for crew, shift managers, and AGM.
• Hire crew members, shift leaders, and assistant general managers.
• Coach and develop team to meet certification and performance targets.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and organization per sanitation guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Ensure a safe environment for employees and guests and take corrective action.
• Oversee preventative maintenance and coordinate repairs with area coach.
• Provide timely feedback on results and manage turnover with strong team leadership.
• Prepare food as needed and manage cash register duties when required.
