Job summary

Brakes Plus, a fast-growing automotive maintenance provider, seeks an ambitious leader to join our Fast Track Management Program. You will learn to operate a Brakes Plus store and develop into a Regional Manager through hands-on experience in both sales and service teams.

Expect to mentor staff, manage daily operations, review P&L performance, and build a high-performing location. The program typically advances to Store Management within 3–12 months based on performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in automotive or 4 years of management experience.
• Experience with Payroll management, Expense analysis and Inventory Control.
• Outstanding leadership skills, communication skills and adaptable to change.
• Ability to review and analyze a P&L statement.
• Valid driver's license.
• Basic understanding of utilizing store technology (POS, email, etc).

Responsibilities

• Lead and operate a Brakes Plus store through the Fast Track Management Program.
• Develop a highly motivated team and create an environment for both sales and service to thrive.
• Collaborate with Sales Team on the lobby floor and with Service Team in the shop to improve performance.
• Learn to build a financially sound and high performing location.
• Progress to Store Management within 3–12 months based on performance.
