Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience, plus 401(k) plan and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in automotive or 4 years in any management.
• Basic understanding of utilizing store technology (POS, email, etc).
• Experience with payroll management, expense analysis, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Learn to efficiently operate a Brakes Plus store.
• Assist in developing a highly motivated service team.
• Work closely with Sales and Service Teams to improve performance.
