Job summary

Brakes Plus is running a fast track management program designed to prepare you to efficiently operate a Brakes Plus store. The program emphasizes hands-on learning in both the lobby and the shop, developing leaders who can build strong teams and drive performance.

Participants learn to manage payroll, analyze expenses and control inventory, with opportunities for Store Management within 3–12 months depending on performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in automotive OR 4 years of management experience.
• Experience with Payroll management, Expense analysis and Inventory Control.
• Outstanding leadership skills, communication skills and adaptability to change.
• Ability to review and analyze a P&L statement.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a store team to deliver high performance.
• Be present with Sales Team on the lobby floor and in the shop to improve performance.
• Execute store processes and drive efficient operations.
• Build a highly motivated team and a thriving work environment.
• Collaborate with teams to review P&L and drive results.
