The program emphasizes hands-on shop and lobby floor leadership, building a motivated team, and mastering store processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in automotive OR 4 years of management experience.
• Experience with payroll management, expense analysis and inventory control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and adaptability.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn and operate store to a level capable of regional management within 3–12 months.
• Lead and motivate sales and service teams on the floor and in the shop.
• Review P&L statements and manage store performance.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety across the location.
• Foster professional relationships with customers and team members.
