Job summary

Brakes Plus in Frisco, TX offers a fast track management program designed to prepare you to efficiently operate a Brakes Plus store. You will learn the business, lead the team, and advance to Store Management opportunities in 3–12 months depending on performance.

Qualifications include management experience, knowledge of POS systems, payroll, expense analysis, inventory control, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in automotive OR 4 years of management experience.
• Basic understanding of utilizing store technology (POS, email, etc)
• Experience with Payroll management., Expense analysis and Inventory Control
• Demonstrated success in employee retention and conflict resolution.
• Outstanding leadership skills, communication skills and adaptable to change
• Ability to review and analyze a P&L statement
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to develop professional relationships with customers and team members
• Solid knowledge of basic OSHA laws
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee store operations through hands-on leadership on the shop floor and in the lobby.
• Build and develop a high-performing team; ensure service excellence and processes.
• Collaborate to implement store procedures and improve performance.
• Drive employee retention and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work culture.
