Job summary

Brakes Plus is actively seeking automotive leaders for its Fast Track Management Program. The program培训s you to operate a Brakes Plus store by engaging with sales on the lobby, collaborating with the service team in the shop, and developing a motivated staff to drive high performance.

Participants gain broad exposure to payroll, expense analysis, and inventory control, with opportunities to advance to Store Management within 3–12 months based on performance and leadership strengths.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in automotive or 4 years of management experience.
• Basic understanding of utilizing store technology (POS, email, etc)
• Experience with Payroll management, Expense analysis and Inventory Control
• Demonstrated success in employee retention and conflict resolution.
• Ability to review and analyze a P&L statement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Solid knowledge of basic OSHA laws.
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Learn to build a highly motivated team and a thriving store environment.
• Work with the Sales Team on the lobby floor and in the shop to improve performance.
• In the Fast Track program, rotate through store operations to prepare for Store Management.
• Potential advancement to Store Management within 3–12 months for high performers.
