Job summary

altaexternalcareersite is seeking a Manager-In-Training in Oregon for a full-time role with benefits. The MIT will complete a training program under the Store Manager and learn to manage, direct and supervise the daily operations of the store, while maintaining a pleasant environment for customers and teammates.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years of supervisory or assistant manager experience in retail or fast food, can coach and develop their team, and are at least 21 years old.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory or assistant manager experience in retail or fast food.
• Ability to coach, train and develop your team to the next level.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• HS diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Valid, infraction-free Driver's License.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
• Able to provide proof of US work authorization if hired.
• Flexible to work varying shifts, including overnight shifts and holidays.
• Stand/walk for 8+ hours when needed.
• Lift up to 20 pounds overhead for 30 minutes; push/pull up to 20 pounds.
• Occasionally climb a ladder to store/retrieve materials or signage.
• Comfortable in small spaces at times across locations.
