Job summary

GNC is seeking a Store Manager in Training (SMIT) for a dynamic development path to run a store under the guidance of a Store Manager or District Manager. The program emphasizes hands-on leadership, coaching, and achieving sales goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will learn store operations, product knowledge, and community engagement, with opportunities to advance to a Store Manager role.

Qualifications

• SMIT program is a fast track to management and will teach you the skills to operate your own store.
• You will learn to lead, coach, and support your team to provide exceptional service and guidance to customers.
• You’ll work toward achieving and exceeding personal sales and productivity goals.
• You will build strong teams and demonstrate leadership and managerial skills.
• You will handle opening, closing, cash handling, inventory, and deposits per GNC procedures.
• You’ll attend community events to promote the organization’s mission and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily store operations alongside a Store Manager or District Manager.
• Drive for results and develop and lead a sales team to meet targets.
• Manage cash handling, deposits, and inventory in line with procedures.
• Promote the GNC brand and Live Well message to customers.
• Participate in community events and store promotions to grow business.
