Job summary

GNC is seeking a Store Manager in Training (SMIT) in the United States to develop into a Store Manager. You will work under supervision of a Store or District Manager, learn daily operations, and lead a team to achieve store goals while promoting the Live Well brand.

The program emphasizes hands-on leadership, training opportunities, and a structured path to promotion within the GNC network. A transformative retail role with a strong emphasis on customer care and sales growth.

Qualifications

• Dynamic, growth‑oriented candidate who embodies the GNC Live Well philosophy.
• Retail or store management experience is a plus.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop a team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support the store team to deliver exceptional service and sales results.
• Oversee daily store operations alongside a Store Manager or District Manager.
• Manage inventory, visual standards, and customer relationships (MYGNC rewards).
• Open/close the store, handle cash, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Support promotion of the GNC brand and Live Well messaging to customers.
