GNC is looking for a dynamic Store Manager in Training (SMIT) to join our team as a fast track to store leadership. Under supervision, you will learn the essentials of running a store, guiding teams, and executing company initiatives while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will promote our Live Well philosophy, develop product knowledge, and support sales goals. The program emphasizes growth, teamwork, and leadership across different store environments.

Responsabilidades

• As a SMIT you will learn and be expected to lead, coach, and support your team to provide exceptional service and guidance to our customers.
• You will oversee the daily operations of the store, including business performance, product management, and ensuring your team has the tools to succeed.
• You will represent the GNC brand by offering expert product knowledge and promoting our "Live Well" message to customers.
