Job summary

GNC in the United States is seeking a Store Manager in Training (SMIT). This full-time, hourly supervisory program trains you to oversee daily store operations, drive for results, and develop your team under guidance from a Store Manager or District Manager.

You will learn cash handling, inventory control, visual and operational execution, and customer engagement while promoting the Live Well brand. The program leads toward promotion and leadership opportunities in the market.

Qualifications

• SMIT is a development program to prepare individuals to manage a store.
• Must be able to stand up to eight hours daily and handle moderate physical activity.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support store team to provide exceptional service.
• Oversee daily store operations with Store Manager or District Manager guidance.
• Drive for results, promote sales initiatives, and manage customer relationships (MYGNC Rewards).
• Open/close the store, handle cash, and ensure security and accuracy of transactions.
• Attend community events to promote the organization’s mission and initiatives.
