Job summary

GNC is seeking a Store Manager in Training (SMIT) to develop leadership skills and prepare for management of a GNC store. Under guidance from store managers, you will learn operations, inventory, and customer service excellence while promoting our Live Well philosophy.

You will drive sales, coach associates, manage visual and operational standards, and participate in community events to raise brand awareness.

Qualifications

• SMIT program is a fast track to management.
• Ability to lead and coach a team to hit sales goals.
• Strong customer service and product knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support the store team to deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee daily operations including sales, product management and visual standards.
• Open, close and operate the retail facility with cash handling and deposits.
• Attend community events to promote the brand and initiatives.
• Support total shopping experience including MYGNC Rewards and promotions.
