Job summary

GNC is seeking a Store Manager in Training (SMIT) in the United States. This full-time hourly role focuses on developing the candidate to manage their own store under supervision. You will lead a team, drive sales, and uphold GNC standards while promoting the Live Well message.

You will gain hands-on experience in store operations, customer relationships, and merchandising. The program emphasizes growth into a Store Manager position, with performance reviews guiding promotion opportunities.

Qualifications

• Full-time hourly supervisory role with fast-track to store management.
• Ability to lead a team and deliver strong customer service.
• Must be able to stand for up to eight hours and handle cash and inventory tasks.
• Week/weekend scheduling including evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the store team to provide exceptional service.
• Oversee daily store operations with Store Manager or District Manager.
• Drive for results and promote the Live Well brand to customers.
• Manage cash handling, inventory, and deposits according to procedures.
• Attend community events to promote GNC's initiatives.
• Open, close, and operate the retail facility as required.
