GNC’s Store Manager in Training (SMIT) is a development-focused program designed to prepare you to manage your own store. Under the guidance of a Store Manager or District Manager, you’ll learn the skills to operate, drive results, and lead a team.

You will work full-time as an SMIT, with promotions assessed at 90 days based on performance, availability, and willingness to relocate within the market.

• Role includes leading and coaching the store team to provide exceptional service.
• At end of 90 days, performance is assessed for promotion to Store Manager.

Mansioni

• Lead and coach the store team to deliver exceptional service and guidance to customers.
• Oversee daily operations with a Store Manager or District Manager, including business performance and product management.
• Promote the GNC brand and the "Live Well" messaging to customers.
• Open, close, and operate the store including cash handling and deposits.
• Attend community events to promote GNC's mission and initiatives.
