Job summary

GNC is recruiting a Store Manager in Training (SMIT) to grow into a Store Manager role through hands-on experience and mentorship. You will learn daily store operations, lead a team, and drive for results while upholding GNC's Live Well values.

You will be trained to manage the full shopping experience, handle cash and inventory, and promote customer loyalty programs. This is a full-time hourly supervisory position designed to develop leadership.

Qualifications

• SMIT role is a fast track to management and will teach you the skills to operate a store.
• You will learn to lead, coach and support your team to provide exceptional service.
• You'll represent the brand and promote the Live Well message to customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily store operations under a Store Manager or District Manager.
• Develop and lead your team to achieve sales and productivity goals.
• Open, close and operate the retail facility, including cash handling.
• Engage with the community to promote store initiatives and brand messaging.
• Support visual and experiential elements to drive customer experience.
