The MIT program prepares you for a Store Manager role within 3–6 months through hands-on training, performance feedback, and development opportunities in a dynamic fashion retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED required.
• Business or retail merchandising degree preferred.
• Supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment required.
• Experience in the fashion industry preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving and setting goals and executing company direction.
• Experience in hiring, promoting, and motivating talent.
• Proven ability to lead by example, make sound decisions, and demonstrate professionalism.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Diligence and perseverance in the face of resistance or setbacks.
• Must commit to a specific store location or a group of new and existing stores.

Responsibilities

• Customer Obsession: drive a customer-focused store environment.
• Leads by example through customer service training resources.
• Manage payroll hours to support business needs and profitability.
• Assess visual needs and direct promotional changes to maximize sales.
• Prepare schedules based on business needs and traffic patterns.
• Direct the team to use sales-driving programs and outreach within the community.
