Job summary

Maurices Incorporated in Saint Cloud, MN is seeking a Manager in Training (MIT) to partner with the store manager to drive sales, develop talent, and uphold visual standards. The MIT will participate in a 3–6 month training program and relocate to a new or growing store group as needed.

As a MIT, you will lead by example, manage payroll, schedule staff, and execute company directives while building a customer-focused environment and a fun, rewarding workplace.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED required; a business or retail merchandising degree preferred.
• Proven supervisory experience in customer-focused environment; fashion industry preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving goals and executing company direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-focused environment and drive sales goals.
• Manage payroll hours to support business needs and profitability.
• Schedule staff and oversee store operations and training.
• Provide feedback and develop talent within the team.
• Ensure execution of company direction (POS, Visual, HR, Operations).
