Maurices is seeking a Manager in Training (MIT) to join our store team in Bolivar, MO. The MIT will work with the store manager and teammates to achieve sales goals, maintain a customer-focused environment, and execute visual standards.

This program prepares candidates for a Store Manager position within 3–6 months, with relocation to a specific store or group of stores. The role requires active participation in training modules while performing managerial duties.

Responsibilities

• Support store manager in all Store Manager responsibilities.

• Drive sales by analyzing store performance and scheduling staff to maximize revenue.
• Develop talent and succession planning within the team.
• Maintain operational standards including POS, visuals, HR, and policy compliance.
