CVS Health Corporation in Baton Rouge, LA is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to develop you into a CVS Store Manager. The role combines virtual and hands-on learning during a 16-week, self-paced training path with guidance from a District Leader, HR partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.

You will engage in key learning experiences, support store leadership, and align with CVS values while preparing for future store management roles.

Formación

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Retail management experience or CVS supervisor experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate well verbally and in writing to support and lead your team.
• Perform customer care duties to provide high levels of service.
• Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
• Manage the store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
