Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Training Program is an accelerated, entry-level position designed to prepare you for a Store Management role in 18-24 months. You will progress into an Assistant Store Manager position after successful completion of the initial 8-week training, with opportunities to lead in a large, commercial customer base.

The program runs about 44 hours per week, with evenings and/or weekends possible.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a bachelor's degree by the start of this development program.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Complete training and support business strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Build and maintain knowledge of all products to provide effective customer recommendations.
• Partner with Store Manager to make outside sales calls to increase market share.
