Responsibilities

• Participate in an 18–24 month accelerated training program.
• Collaborate with store management to oversee a million-dollar business and drive sales.
• Learn all store operations, client engagement, and internal strategy.
• Develop skills in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Build relationships with wholesale and retail customers to increase market share.
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with safety and loss prevention policies.
• Maintain store condition and visual merchandising standards and promotional displays.
• Support training and development activities for staff and address performance issues.
• Respond to customer and employee inquiries and resolve issues.
• Partner with Store Manager to conduct outside sales calls to grow business.
