The Sherwin-Williams Company invites you to join its Management & Sales Training Program in New Jersey. This accelerated, entry-level track prepares you for a Store Management role within 18-24 months, with a promotion to Assistant Store Manager after successful completion of the initial 8-week training.

Expect a 44-hour work week, with potential evenings and weekends. You will collaborate with store leadership to manage a million-dollar store, learn all operations, and grow the company’s market

Formación

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must have at least a bachelor's degree by start of program.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsabilidades

• Complete training consistent with the established program.
• Support business strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Build and maintain knowledge of all products for effective recommendations.
• Build relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Complete store administration and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention, and security policies.
• Assist in training, development, and performance actions for staff.
• Respond to and resolve customer and employee complaints.
• Partner with Store Manager on outside sales calls to grow market share.
