The Sherwin-Williams Company invites you to join its Management & Sales Training Program in Minnesota. This accelerated, entry-level program prepares you for a Store Management role in 18–24 months, with an 8-week initial training and potential transition to Assistant Store Manager on successful completion.

As a trainee, you will work alongside store management to drive sales, develop leadership and operational skills, and support a million-dollar store.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a bachelor\'s degree by the start of the program.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver\'s License.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. regularly.

Responsibilities

• Complete training consistent with the program.
• Support business strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with excellent service.
• Build and maintain knowledge of products to provide effective recommendations.
• Develop positive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Assist with store administration and merchandising standards.
• Support training and development of fellow employees.
