Sherwin-Williams in Minnesota offers an accelerated Management & Sales Training Program to prepare you for Store Management within 18-24 months.

The program includes an 8-week training phase, with promotion opportunities to Assistant Store Manager as you learn operations, sales, and customer service.

Upon completion, you will contribute to a high-value store, grow market share, and advance through leadership roles within the organization.

Qualificações

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must have at least a bachelor’s degree by the start of this development program.
• Must be able to retrieve materials and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and 70 lbs. on occasion.

Responsabilidades

• Complete training consistent with established program.
• Support business strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Build and maintain knowledge of all products to ensure effective recommendations.
• Build positive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Complete store administration.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures including safety, loss prevention, and security.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Support employee training, development, and performance management.
• Respond to and resolve customer and/or employee complaints; partner with Store Manager to make outside sales calls to increase market share.
