Total Quality Logistics (TQL) invites you to join the Fast Track Sales Program in Cincinnati. This program trains high-potential individuals to move faster and earn more than traditional entry-level roles within a leading freight brokerage.

You will relocate to Cincinnati for hands-on coaching, with a comprehensive relocation package and a $2,500 sign-on bonus. You'll build a book of business through six months of direct training and real responsibilities, with opportunities to advance

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book.
• Use training to meet sales metrics and become eligible for commission.
