Job summary

Total Quality Logistics is seeking high-potential candidates for its Fast Track Sales Program in Cincinnati. You’ll train intensively, gain hands-on experience, and assume real responsibility early in your career.

The program emphasizes in-office work, relocation support, and earning potential through uncapped commissions. Participants receive six months of direct training from seasoned Logistics Account Executives, develop negotiation skills, and build a personal book of business aimed at rapid

Responsibilities

Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
Assist account executives to solve customer needs and locate carriers for time-sensitive freight.
Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
Build your book of business and meet sales metrics to become eligible for commission.
Establish relationships to close new customers and negotiate prices with customers and carriers.
