Total Quality Logistics is actively seeking high-potential candidates for its Fast Track Sales Program in Cincinnati. You will receive six months of hands-on training from seasoned Logistics Account Executives and help staff with daily operations while building a growing book of business.

Relocation to Cincinnati is provided; after training you can relocate to any of our 65+ offices nationwide. Expect an aggressive commission structure and six-figure earnings potential as you advance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Military veterans encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book of business and close new customers.
• Establish relationships with customers and carriers to close deals.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers and resolve freight issues for timely pickup and delivery.
