Job summary

United Pacific in Denver area is seeking a Manager-In-Training for a full-time role with benefits and on-the-job training. The MIT will learn to manage daily operations, supervise staff, and uphold company policies while guiding a team toward excellent customer service.

Candidates should have 5+ years of supervisory experience in retail or fast food, be at least 21, and possess strong English communication. Shifts vary and on-site work is required.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching and developing a team in retail or fast food.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Eligible to work in the United States and able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Complete a comprehensive training program under supervision of Store Manager.
• Learn to manage, direct and supervise daily store operations.
• Maintain a pleasant, courteous environment for customers and team members.
