Qualifications

• Have open availability and the ability to work flexible hours and all shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Controls food, labor, cash and other expenses per company guidelines and budget.
• Achieves sales growth by improving 5 Bells, CORE, speed of service and food quality.
• Maintains staffing levels to meet scheduling requirements.
• Prepares and conducts performance appraisals for crew and shift managers.
• Performs hiring for crew, shift leaders, and assistant general managers.
• Coaches and trains employees to achieve certification and performance levels.
• Ensures restaurant cleanliness and compliance with sanitation guidelines.
• Ensures compliance with all employment laws.
• Maintains safe restaurant environment and takes corrective action.
• Oversees preventative maintenance and reports repairs to maintenance dept.
• Delivers excellent guest service and handles complaints to encourage repeat business.
• Provides feedback via daily calls and weekly area meetings; manages turnover with good hiring and training.
• Prepares food for guests and training, and handles cash when required.
