• Maintain and update a candidate pipeline by cold calling.
• Develop and maintain candidate relationships through calls and meetings.
• Negotiate pay rates and close deals in line with company goals.
• Document all candidate conversations for historical data and reporting.
• Represent Addison Group professionally in all interactions and events.
